Maggie's Glam moment

It’s Summer. That being said, I called up the woman who has been cutting and styling my hair since I was eight years old and announced “I need to be blond!” I think she had a little orgasm right there on the phone. She said “I’ll stay late tomorrow: be here at 2:00.”

We had SOOOO much fun. After I gave her enough money for a weekend in a five star spa I went home to put on my big glam makeup, a new white shirt that I normally would only wear on business trips, tight jeans, Dior sunglasses, bright red 3" heals, and my denim motorcycle jacket.

I then went downtown to meet my Dear Husband, who was belly up to a bar with a bunch of his cronies. I walked into the door of the bar and every. Single. Man. Along the bar whipped their heads around to the left to check out the chick with big hair and bigger attitude. Dear Husband nearly fell off his stool, his eyes popping out of his head and his mouth making an “oooo” shape. Do you know what I mean?

Anywho, I felt glam. For the first time in a LONG time. And it was good.
